What are your customer satisfaction and refund policies?

Our patient satisfaction policy is simple - we will do everything we can to satisfy our patients. If you are not happy with any aspect of your care, we encourage you to inform us right way. We will get back to you within 24 hours of your complaint and make every effort to find a solution.

Our refund policy allows you to get a full refund if you have not used your consultation services or monthly ongoing care services. We will require at least a 24 hours notice. There may be a late cancellation fee with less than 24 hour notice.
