Why don’t you put patient testimonials on your website, like other clinics?
Ontario law forbids doctors from using patient testimonials in advertising (Medicine Act, 6.2.b). The reason is that it can be very misleading. If highly positive testimonials are provided to prospective patients, and negative ones are left out, it presents a false image of the clinic.
Without providing testimonials, we can confidently state that our patient satisfaction is nearly 100%.
